Cancellation Policy
S'mores Experience Policy 1. General Overview This policy outlines the guidelines and regulations for hosting and attending the s'mores experience. The event is intended for the enjoyment and appreciation of s'mores in a safe and respectful environment. 2. Age Requirement This event is family-friendly and open to all ages. However, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 3. Responsible Participation Guests are encouraged to enjoy s'mores responsibly and follow safety guidelines. Fire pits will be monitored to ensure safe roasting of marshmallows. Water and light snacks will be provided to complement the experience. Any attendee engaging in unsafe behavior will be asked to leave the event. 4. Conduct and Etiquette Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward event staff, vendors, and other guests. Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund. No outside food or beverages are permitted at the event. 5. Fire Safety and Guidelines Guests must follow all fire safety regulations and instructions provided by event staff. Roasting sticks will be provided and must be used responsibly. Open flames should be handled with care, and children must be supervised at all times. 6. Vendor and Staff Guidelines Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations. Staff must monitor fire pits and refuse service to anyone not adhering to safety guidelines. 7. Ticketing and Refund Policy Tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise specified. All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. 8. Liability Disclaimer The event organizers assume no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred before, during, or after the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending, guests acknowledge the risks associated with fire and outdoor activities and agree to hold event organizers harmless from any claims. 9. Event Modifications The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or other details as necessary. By attending the event, all guests agree to adhere to this policy. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
