Wine Tasting Event Policy 1. General Overview This policy outlines the guidelines and regulations for hosting and attending the wine tasting event. The event is intended for responsible enjoyment and appreciation of wines in a safe and respectful environment. 2. Age Requirement All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) is required for entry. No exceptions will be made. 3. Responsible Consumption Guests are encouraged to taste and enjoy wines responsibly. Pour sizes will be controlled to ensure moderation. Spittoons will be available for those who choose to taste without consuming. Water and light snacks will be provided to promote responsible drinking. Any attendee displaying signs of intoxication will be asked to leave the event. 4. Conduct and Etiquette Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward event staff, vendors, and other guests. Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted at the event. 5. Transportation and Safety Guests are encouraged to arrange for a designated driver or use rideshare services if they intend to consume alcohol. The event organizers may provide information on local transportation options. 6. Vendor and Staff Guidelines Wine vendors must comply with all local and state alcohol regulations. Staff must refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or does not meet age requirements. 7. Ticketing and Refund Policy Tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise specified. All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. 8. Liability Disclaimer The event organizers assume no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred before, during, or after the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending, guests acknowledge the risks associated with alcohol consumption and agree to hold event organizers harmless from any claims. 9. By attending the event, all guests agree to adhere to this policy. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
